Little Switzerland Alpine Rock
A well-named corner of the Alaska Range, Little Switzerland is an alpine climbing paradise. Our trips follow more of an expedition training and alpine rock climbing course format. We will go in with plans to climb several of the spectacular peaks in this area. With ski plane support, getting to our base camp is very easy. It is only a short distance to excellent climbing off one of several glaciers. Climb one or more of the Trolls, The Throne, The Dragon Spine, The Royal Tower, The Crowned Jewel or Triple Crown. 10 days allow us a good chance at getting at least one summit, and with conditions and weather permitting several summits! Private guiding is available here for anyone wanting to focus on just climbing vs. a broader course based program with a group.
