Explore the Tien Shan Mountains
Visit the remarkable Tien Shan Mountains of Southern Kazakhstan. This area offers some of the best trekking in the world. The trekking routes follow lush green valleys into huge glaciers below the impressive summits of the Tien Shan Mountains rising to over 7000 meters. All trekking is helicopter, horse and porter supported. We have designed several excellent Nepal style treks into the North Enylchec Glacier to see Khan Tengri and Pobeda and having the opportunity to climb Karyolan, a beautiful and challenging 5800 meter peak above the North Eniylchec Glacier Base Camp. We then fly back out in a Russian helicopter back to the green foothills and have extra time to ride horses or mountain bikes before spending a couple days in Almaty, the largest city and center of this central Asian area. This is an area visited by very few and offers what we believe is some of the best trekking in the world!
